Wonderful Staff, Fantastic Service

We were so lucky to win a gift vacation at Emerald View Resort Villa and it turned out to be the best stay ever! The staff, especially Jennifer and Duran, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Duran, the hotel driver, took us anywhere we wanted to go at a much cheaper price than a regular taxi. The free shuttle to local restaurants was a great bonus, especially the Chill Out Hut on the beach - we loved it so much, we went twice! The hotel may not be super fancy, but if you want an authentic local experience away from the tourist resorts, this is the place for you. we highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and excellent service.
